Today was a terrific day. I could go on for hours about why, but let's just say that I'm a lot closer to my goal than I was yesterday. It was a busy and productive day, but I got out of the office for lunch so I decided to do my mileage at home instead of at the gym. On Friday, Day 7, I start a new work out program, so I'm laying off of the weights until then. I'll give the gory details on my recap of 7.
I want to express how thankful I am to have such great family and friends in my life. The support and feedback that I have received in the past week has been amazing. It's just another reminder of how wonderful my life is and I am blessed. Thank you! We can do it!
