Hello Everyone! This is going to be a short entry. I have my first exciting morning appointment today, so I have to get running, but I will fill you in on all of that in the Day Seven update.
Yesterday I fell off the wagon at lunch. I had chicken strips and fries for lunch. Instead of beating myself up, I ate a light dinner, went for a long walk, and I'm back on track now.

Day Six Recap

Nutrition:
Breakfast - Apple, non fat milk, almonds
Snack - Banana
Lunch - chicken strips and fries
Dinner - Chili and Rice, 50% brown 50% calrose

Moe! I am sooooo happy and excited for you. I know you have wanted to pursue personal training for a long time, so I am glad that you are doing it!! And, you have done so good with the exercising and eating healthy. Great job! I know you can do it and you can obtain all your goals! You are giving inspiration to a lot of us, by posting this blog, so thank you for that. After I have the baby, I will doing much more exercising (and eating healthy), too. I am excited!
Well, I can't wait to see you tomorrow, good luck today and every day in the future and like you said, if you "fall off" your course, just get right back on. And you can indulge sometimes, just keep it in moderation, like you have said. I am so happy for you! You can do it, we all believe in you!!
