This day ran over me a little. It was difficult going back to the office, but I was looking forward to going to the gym. Unfortunately, there must have been a schedule change because boot camp was canceled for the night. I worked out anyway, but I missed the intensity of the boot camp workout and now I'm impatiently waiting for Wednesday night.
I was feeling a little blue, but I talked to Dan and he made me feel better. Sometimes, the task of making life and career changes seems huge, but I can do it. I just need to keep moving forward one small meal, workout, and project at a time. In the end it will be a great accomplishment.

Day Thirty Recap
Movement: Mini Boot camp, Rowing machine 2500M, pull ups, dips, wall ball squats
Nutrition:
Breakfast - yogurt, kiwi, almonds
Lunch - Salad with deli ham
Snack - Apple, String Cheese
Dinner - Pork Stew
Hey Girly!!! You know your getting yourself back to getting into shape when you *crave* your next workout*smiling*. I think that your doing great and hope you continue to not give up on *you*. Mmmm a sliver of cake. Unfortunately, on my birthday ( the day right after surgery on the 19th) I wasnt up for much of anything. By the way,... please tell your Mom that I said *Happy Birthday!!!* Finally, up and doing some lite things around the house so, this evening I will be sending you some dishes and smoothies you may like to try. Going to send those to your personal email. You take care and you keep up the awesome job of loving *you*.
