It's been a wonderful few days. The family and I went to Disneyland and had a great time. The drawback is that we ate out for every meal and my workouts definitely suffered on my two travel days. All I can say is no more dessert. The positive side on my eating is that Maya and I shared every meal, and we never cleaned the plate. I'm back and ready to get back at it!
