Hi Moe,

I just wanted to agree with you on the eating out thing. Since I do tend to eat out at least once a week, I have started looking up the web sites and printing out the nutritional information for some of my favorite places to that I have an idea of what I should order when I get there. Of course this is a great theory and hasn't been put into practice yet! I usually end up home after eating out printing the information and analyizing how good or bad I did! Also the portions they give you when you eat out are way too huge! So I have been trying to eat half and take half home. Thank you for putting up your blog.....it's very inspirational to me! It just reminds me that I'm not alone in my food struggles and no matter how committed we are to changing, those old habits are just sitting out there waiting for us! What is so good that you are doing is that you just keep on going and I think that is the best thing you can do, because let's face it, life happens and there will be those moments and times when we just reach for that thing that may not be the best for our bodies but maybe our soul needs it! And that's okay, you're not living off of those junk foods item all the time so don't be too hard on yourself when you have these treats! You are such a strong person and you are doing AWESOME...SO KEEP IT UP!!
Much love, Kathryn
