The other exciting event is that Gravity Jane opens on the 7th. There are new updates on the website @ www.gravityjanes.com . Watching the transformation of the building has been amazing, and I can't wait to get in there and workout.
Nutrition has been good lately. I've been so busy that I have not been focused on food at all. Being busy has it's perks. This weekend I did have ice cream Saturday and Sunday night, so I'll be laying off the cold creamy stuff for the rest of the week. My main goal is to bring my food to work. It's a lot cheaper and a lot healthier.
Workouts have not been the same without Dave. Last week I did hit the gym and get three hour long bootcamp workouts in, but there are no kettle bells at my work gym. Over the weekend I've logged in 17 miles of walking with Chase. This week's goal is to get some more boot camp workouts in and use my kettle bells at home. I leave for Vegas with Dan on Thursday morning for work, but we are spending a day at the pool, so I need lots of weight time this week. :O)
I've been feeling really positive lately. Most of you know that I can be a very moody person. This is my first hormonal cycle in a LONG time where I have not cracked and unleashed on any of my family members. It's pretty wild to feel so good and to have it affect many areas of your life.
