GOOD MORNING!!! Dan is going to Gravity Janes with me this morning for the first time. This is pretty exciting! We used to work out together all of time, and I really enjoyed it. I'm hoping that he will love it the workout as much as I do.
I have to be honest that this has been the toughest month with Nutrition since my Journey started. Every time that I have tried to get back on track, I derailed myself again. Today is a new day and a clean slate. I can do this. My body and I do not want to feel heavy and weighed down with lots of processed garbage and refine sugar. BLCCCKKK........... My goal for the next week is to take each day at a time and focus on fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins.
Workouts have been good with the exception of the middle part of this week. Maya was sick on Wednesday, so I missed class. However Dan and I went walking two nights this week, and Katie and I went walking Monday night. My goal for this next week is to keep the workouts going while I'm at the family reunion.
